Something about this picture just attracts me. There are the apothecary like white bottles on the shelf, blindingly magic-like, yet my eyes are repeatedly drawn to the mundaneness of the man, leaning forward, the bit of bald on his pate shining. I do like this. It reminds me of going to Philadelphia this summer and being referred by a local to "Gooey Louie's" for the BEST steak and cheese. The shop was like this only much smaller and closed in- it was the coolest and HOTTEST place in July. I can almost see this fellow leaning into place his order, mouth watering and waiting for a real Philly cheese steak from Louie himself. Keep snapping the shutter, girlfriend! RD
