These are Indian flat breads made with just whole wheat flour, salt and water. Mark made them. We had them with hummus one night and with curry another night. They weren't too bad--but probably would have been much better fresh--I had Mark make them ahead of time because they needed to be in the fridge for an hour.

I don't know about this bread... did you guys make it yourself? Very cool photo. I could see it blown up and hanging in a bakery window.
